Age Concern is a federation of registered charities

AGE CONCERN YORK will shortly become AGE UK York.

Age Concern York has been actively providing support and services for the older people of the City of York for 40 years. We have recently increased the size of our Board of Trustees and are looking for some new Board Members to complete our team as we move into the new era as AGE UK York.

To be effective we would ideally like Trustees who come from a wide range of backgrounds and who can bring with them the professional skills required to run a charity business in the digital age.

You would need to have a keen interest in issues that relate to and affect the older people of our society, and want to work with this thriving organisation to ensure that our older people in York receive the support, services and entitlements that they deserve.

If you would like to discuss the possibility of becoming a member of our Board of Trustees contact Sally Hutchinson at Age Concern York at sally@ageconcernyork.org.uk or telephone on 01904 627995/621020.
